Important Policies

• Shipping: International deliveries take 5–14 business days. Tracking numbers are provided once our shipper sends them to us.
• Currency Conversion: (When pay with bank transfer or crypto) If paying in a currency other than GBP, please convert via Google by typing “10 GBP to AUD” etc.
• Customs: We can provide invoice documents if requested by your customs. Anything beyond this is outside our control.
• Seizure Risk: International shipping carries risk. If a package is seized, reshipping is not guaranteed — only in special cases at our discretion.
• Refunds: No refunds or exchanges for any order.
• Payment Policy: Orders not paid or duplicated will be cancelled.
• Stealth Packaging: Free for all items except pen-type products.
