Reshipment Policy

Apple supps does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or store credit on any order, in any currency, for any reason — with one narrow exception in the next section. Otherwise this includes change of mind, taste, perceived effectiveness, allergies or reactions, address-entry errors, carrier delays, third-party customs duties, and tracking problems.
Place your order carefully. Confirm the product, the shipping address, and the payment method before submitting. Crypto transactions are irreversible.
Exception: we can't ship at all
If Apple supps is unable to dispatch the order — for example, the shipper will not accept the destination country because of an active conflict zone, a new export restriction, or a sanctions designation that takes effect after the order was placed, and no parcel ever leaves our facility — we refund the order in full.
Refunds in this case go back to the same payment method that funded the order. Where that is not practical (for example, a crypto address that no longer accepts inbound, or a card that has since been closed), we credit your Apple supps wallet balance instead, which you can then withdraw to an address of your choice.
This exception does not apply once the parcel has been dispatched. After dispatch, the reshipment rules below govern.
Customs seizure — one free reshipment
Apple supps maintains an approximately 99% customs pass rate across major destinations (USA, EU, Australia, and beyond). Customs seizure is the only event that qualifies for reshipment. If your shipment is seized at customs, you may request one free reshipment subject to every condition below being met:
- Documented proof of seizure. You must provide one of:
- A customs notice or seize letter addressed to the recipient;
- Carrier confirmation of seizure (tracking page showing "seized" or "held by customs");
- Equivalent official written notification.
- Within 30 days of expected delivery. Open a message thread on your account or email info@applesupps.me with the order number and the proof above.
- Same address. Reshipment goes to the address that was on file at the time of the original order. We do not reroute to a different address.
- One reshipment per order. If the reshipment is also seized, the buyer absorbs that loss. We do not reship the same order more than once.
- Cooperative customer. If we determine that the original loss was caused by the buyer's actions (refusal to accept delivery, providing a known-invalid address, attempting to reroute mid-transit, communicating order details publicly), the reshipment offer is void.
What is NOT covered
- Refund of order value in cash, crypto, store credit, or any other form — except the "we can't ship at all" case above.
- Change of mind, taste, or perceived effectiveness of the product.
- Allergic reactions, side effects, or other health outcomes — products are sold strictly for research / laboratory use and are not for human consumption (see our Terms).
- Last-mile carrier loss. Packages lost, mishandled, marked "delivered" but not received, or otherwise mis-routed by the destination carrier (Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, local national post, etc.) after customs has cleared the shipment. Carrier loss in the last mile is the buyer's risk; we do not reship and we do not refund.
- Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees levied by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility regardless of seizure.
- Lost-in-transit claims without a corresponding customs notice.
- Buyer-supplied wrong / incomplete shipping address, or refusal to accept delivery.
- Damage caused after delivery (heat, sunlight, freezing, dropping, leaking liquids).
- Cryptocurrency sent to the wrong address or on the wrong chain (we cannot recover misdirected funds).
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only while the status is "pending" — meaning payment has not yet been confirmed on-chain (for crypto) or settled (for card / bank / Wise). Open the order page and use the Cancel control. Once payment is confirmed the order moves into fulfilment and cannot be cancelled by the customer.
Chargebacks and disputes
Disputes are resolved directly with us through the channels below. Initiating a chargeback or payment-network dispute against an order that was delivered (or whose customs seizure falls outside the conditions above) is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any wallet balance.
