1. About Apple supps

Apple supps ("we", "us", "Apple supps") operates an international online store that supplies pharmaceutical-grade research and laboratory-use products, including items from Pharmacom, Keifei, Alpha Pharma, and related cycle-support, post-cycle, and nootropic lines. By visiting our website, registering an account, or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Research / laboratory use only

All products on Apple supps are sold strictly for research and laboratory use. They are not for human consumption, not medicines, and have not been evaluated by any health authority to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Apple supps makes no representation that any product is safe or appropriate for any individual.

By placing an order you represent that the products will be used only for research or laboratory purposes and that you understand the risks of handling, storing, and working with them.

3. Eligibility and jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You are solely responsible for ensuring that ordering, importing, and possessing the products is lawful in your jurisdiction. Some products we sell are controlled or restricted in some countries. We do not provide legal advice and we are not your lawyer.

You confirm that you are not a resident of, or accessing the service from, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom — currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Russia-occupied regions of Ukraine — and that you are not on any government sanctions or denied-parties list.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. We accept payment by:

• Cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, USDT on TRC20 / ERC20 / Arbitrum);
• Bank transfer;
• Card (Visa / Mastercard);
• Wise.

Crypto orders convert to the chosen cryptocurrency at checkout using an exchange rate locked at order creation. The crypto amount required to complete the order does not change after checkout, even if the market rate moves. You are responsible for sending the exact crypto amount to the deposit address shown on the order page within the validity window.

Apple supps may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, sanctions risk, insufficient stock, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship internationally. Indicative transit times:

• Standard International: 5–14 business days;
• Express (on request): approximately 5–6 business days;
• USA (faster lane): 3–5 business days;
• Tracking number issued within 1–5 days of order placement.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery is governed by the carrier and the customs authority of the destination country. Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch.

Free discreet packaging is included with every order. We do not admit liability for any customs determination based on packaging choice; packaging is provided for your privacy, not as a guarantee of customs clearance.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by your destination country, and for the legality of importing the product into your country.

6. Customs success and free reshipment

Apple supps maintains an approximately 99% customs pass rate across major destinations, including the United States, the European Union, and Australia. In the rare event that an order is seized by customs, we offer one free reshipment to the original address, subject to the following conditions:

• You contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
• You provide documented proof of seizure — a customs notice, seize letter, carrier confirmation, or equivalent written notification.
• The address on file at the time of seizure is the address we ship the replacement to. We do not reroute reshipments to a different address.
• One reshipment per order. A second seizure is the buyer's loss.

Reshipment applies to customs seizure only. It does not apply to packages lost, mishandled, or never delivered by the last-mile carrier (for example Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, or the local national post). Once customs has cleared the shipment, responsibility passes to the carrier and to the recipient, and any loss in that segment is the buyer's risk.

Reshipment is the sole remedy for a seized order. We do not refund the order value in cash, crypto, or store credit.

7. No refunds (one narrow exception)

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind, taste, perceived effectiveness, delivery delays, third-party shipping issues, carrier delays, or any other reason. The customs-seizure reshipment described in Section 6 is the only post-fulfilment recourse.

The single exception is when Apple supps is unable to dispatch the order at all — for example, the shipper refuses to accept a destination country because of an active conflict zone, a new export restriction, or a sanctions designation that takes effect after the order is placed. In that case, where no parcel ever leaves our facility, we refund the order value. Refunds are issued to the same payment method that was used to pay for the order (or, where that is not practical — e.g. a crypto address that no longer accepts inbound — to your Apple supps wallet balance, which you can then withdraw). See our Reshipment Policy for the operational detail.

8. Account security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials, your email account, any two-factor authentication device, and the recovery addresses on your withdrawal whitelist if applicable. Any action taken via your account is treated as taken by you. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Wallet balance and withdrawals

Crypto balances held in your Apple supps wallet may be withdrawn to an external address you control, subject to network fees and a platform withdrawal fee disclosed at the time of withdrawal. Every withdrawal request is confirmed by clicking a link emailed to the address on file and reviewed by our team before broadcast. We may delay, reject, or cancel withdrawals that look fraudulent, that touch sanctioned addresses, or that we are unable to broadcast for on-chain reasons (insufficient gas, unsupported address format, amounts below the network's dust limit).

10. Crypto-payment anomalies

Underpayments: Orders are marked paid only when the full crypto amount has cleared on-chain confirmations. Partial deposits are held in your wallet balance and may be applied to a future order or withdrawn.

Overpayments: Any amount above the order total is credited to your wallet balance.

Late payments: Deposits received after the order validity window may not auto-apply to the original order; they will be credited to your wallet balance.

Wrong asset / wrong chain: Sending an unsupported coin, sending USDT on a chain other than the one specified, or otherwise depositing to an address not associated with your account may result in permanent loss. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong chain.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of the laws of your jurisdiction or any sanctions regime;
• Resell products into jurisdictions that prohibit their importation;
• Misrepresent your age, identity, or purpose;
• Attempt to bypass account, withdrawal, or security controls;
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest the catalog beyond normal browsing;
• Use Apple supps to launder funds or process payments on behalf of third parties.

12. Lab tests

Third-party lab tests are available on request via the contact channels listed on the Information page. We do not publish lab results on the website. A lab test provided to you represents the analysis of the specific batch tested at the time of the test and does not constitute a warranty of any particular shipment.

13. Intellectual property

All content on the site (product copy, photos, logos, code) is owned by Apple supps or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Brand names appear for descriptive purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of product descriptions, and non-infringement. We make no representation that the products are safe, effective, suitable for any purpose, or lawful for you to obtain or possess.

Crypto transactions are irreversible; we are not responsible for losses caused by network congestion, exchange-rate movement between order creation and on-chain confirmation, sanctioned counterparties on the chain, or actions of third-party wallet providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including bodily harm arising from misuse of any product (which is, by definition, outside the research / laboratory use you agreed to in Section 2).

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apple supps and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, from your importing, possessing, or further distributing any product in violation of applicable law, or from any breach of these Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraud, sanctions risk, or extended inactivity. Pending order obligations survive termination.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the principles of international commercial practice. The parties agree to resolve disputes in good faith, first through direct negotiation; failing that, by neutral binding arbitration with a single arbitrator. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
